Terms and conditions
1 - GOCO reserve the right to change product manufacturer at any time and without prior notice.
2 - If you (the customer) decide to cancel your order we require 24 hours notice.
3 - If you (the customer) decide to cancel your order and an installer is in attendance, then a callout fee of £25 will be charged. This will be administered separately by GOCO administrators.
4 - Any orders requiring colour coding will be required to make a 15% deposit to cover the paint costs if the customer cancels.
5 - GOCO do not state a perfect 100% factory finish for colour coding as sensors are painted and lacquered by a paint workshop, not the manufacturer. At no point do GOCO promote a factory finish although great care will be taken to achieve a suitable and acceptable finish.
6 - GOCO will not be held responsible if an installation date is not able to be kept. You will be notified beforehand to make another suitable date and a discount will be applied.
7 - Prices are NOT subject to negotiation. They are quoted fairy depending on product required, vehicle type and location.
8 - It is our policy that any damages to your vehicle or property must be reported in writing within 48hrs after installation.
9 - Only parking sensors supplied by GOCO are covered for a year under manufacturer's warranty for failure or damage not caused by the customer or any third party. Repairs and replacements are therefore only possible after the warranty expiration date at cost to the customer.
10 - GOCO Scotland Ltd reserve the right to use photographs of any vehicle that has been fitted with parking sensors by the company for the use of advertising purposes only. GOCO will not display registration numbers, persons or anything that will infringe the safety of property or persons in these photographs.
